GeneralisHandyman.com is a London based maintenance, repair and improvement service, offering a full range of services; including electrical work, joinery, plumbing, garden maintenance and decorating.
We operate throughout the London and the surrounding areas.
We offer a range of maintenance, repair and improvement services. We usually work on small to medium sized jobs, with completion times ranging from anything between 2 hours and 2 weeks.
Our working hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Sunday. We are contactable from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week, however you may find are services are slightly limited during weekends and evenings.
We are generally able to make a fairly accurate estimate of the time a job is likely to take over the phone and will be able to quote you a price for the work before making an appointment.
We work at a fixed rate of £25 per hour, per workman. Our daily rate is £175 per day, per workman. Unlike many tradesmen we don’t charge a call out charge and we don’t ask you to pay our travel expenses.
We accept both cash and cheques, but we ask that you present a valid guarantee card when paying by check.
This is a very rare occurrence. Punctuality is one of our main priorities. However, in the event that we are running late, we will contact you and keep you informed.
Absolutely; we have public liability insurance of £1m.
Clients often purely use our labour services, but we are more than willing to purchase any materials that may be necessary to complete the job. We will simply charge you for the items themselves and the time it takes us to purchase them. Smaller items, such as filler, screws and raw plugs are always kept in our tool box, so there is no need to provide these your self.
This largely depends on our availability. It could be anything from a few days to 2 week.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Our workmen are highly skilled and always meticulous when it comes to attention to detail. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will do our best to put things right as soon as possible and free of charge.
